Terms of Service
Effective date: August 30, 2026
1. Who we are
Voxoq ("Voxoq", "we", "us") operates voxoq.com, an e-commerce platform where content creators ("Creators") sell digital goods — downloadable files, catalog memberships, and subscriptions — to their audience ("Buyers"). voxoq.com is owned and operated by Selcuk Gun, a sole proprietorship registered in the United States. Contact: hello@voxoq.com.
2. The service
Voxoq provides Creators with hosted storefronts and embeddable widgets to offer their digital content for sale, and provides Buyers with payment processing, content delivery, and access management for their purchases. Voxoq is the merchant of record for purchases made on the platform: payments are processed by Voxoq through its payment providers, and charges will appear on Buyer statements under the VOXOQ descriptor.
3. Accounts and eligibility
Creator accounts require registration with accurate information. Buyers access purchases by verifying their email address; no password account is required for buying. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to sell on Voxoq, and at least 13 to use the service. During our beta period, Creator registration is by invitation and Creator payouts are available to U.S. persons only.
4. Purchases, payments, and platform revenue
All fees, payments, and subscription revenues collected from Buyers on the platform are the sole and exclusive property of Voxoq. Creators earn a commission on sales of their content, which accrues as a balance in their creator dashboard and constitutes a general payment obligation of Voxoq to the Creator — not an escrow, trust, deposit, or stored-value account. Prices are set by Creators and shown before purchase, inclusive of the applicable platform terms. Payment card data is handled by our payment processor (Stripe); Voxoq does not store card numbers.
5. Buyer access and license
A purchase grants the Buyer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and download the purchased content for personal use. Access is tied to the Buyer's verified email address. Buyers may not resell, redistribute, or publicly repost purchased content. Subscription and membership access lasts for the paid period and ends if the subscription lapses or is cancelled, per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Creator terms
Creators retain full ownership of the content they sell, and grant Voxoq a non-exclusive license to host, display, process, and deliver that content to Buyers as needed to operate the service. Creator commission equals the sale proceeds less the platform service fee at the rate published in the creator dashboard and less payment processing costs. Payouts require completed identity and tax onboarding (IRS Form W-9 or payout-provider onboarding) before any payout is made; U.S. tax information returns (e.g., Form 1099-NEC) are issued as required by law, and payments made without valid tax information may be subject to 24% backup withholding. Creators are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of Voxoq.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Voxoq to sell or distribute content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, is sexually exploitative, promotes violence or hatred, or is deceptive or fraudulent; nor may you interfere with the operation or security of the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on Voxoq infringes your copyright, send a notice with the content URL, a description of the work, your contact details, and a good-faith statement to hello@voxoq.com. We will remove infringing material and may terminate repeat infringers' accounts.
9. Refunds
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Creator content is the responsibility of the Creator who posted it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxoq's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid to Voxoq in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Voxoq is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. Buyers' paid access entitlements and Creators' accrued, undisputed commission balances survive termination and are honored per these terms.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and continued use constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Voxoq's principal place of business is located, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
