Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 30, 2026

1. What this covers

This policy describes how Voxoq ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use voxoq.com and Voxoq-powered storefronts and embeds. Questions: hello@voxoq.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Buyers: your email address (used to verify purchases and deliver access), purchase history, and access records.
  • Creators: account details (name, email), the content you upload or connect for sale, storefront settings, and — for payouts — tax and banking information required by law.
  • Waiting list: the email address you submit.
  • Everyone: standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) used for security and troubleshooting.

Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe — Voxoq never stores card numbers.

3. How we use it

To operate the service: verifying Buyer emails, delivering purchased content, processing payments and refunds, paying Creators, sending transactional email (receipts, verification codes, access links), preventing fraud and abuse, and complying with legal obligations (including tax reporting). We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies strictly for functionality: keeping Creators signed in and keeping Buyers' verified access working, including inside embeds on Creator websites. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Google user data

Creators may optionally connect their Google Drive to import content into their catalog. When connected, Voxoq accesses only the files and folders needed to build and synchronize the Creator's catalog, at the Creator's direction. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read it except with the Creator's consent, for security purposes, or as required by law. Voxoq's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Creators can disconnect Google Drive at any time from their account settings or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

6. Sharing and service providers

We share data only with the service providers needed to run Voxoq: Stripe (payments), Mailgun (email delivery), Google (Drive integration and cloud file storage), and our hosting providers. Each receives only what its function requires. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Voxoq or others.

7. Retention and security

We keep purchase and payout records as long as needed to provide access you have paid for and to meet legal (including tax) retention requirements, and we delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed. Data is encrypted in transit; access to production systems is restricted and authenticated.

8. Your choices

You can request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@voxoq.com (deletion is subject to legal retention duties, e.g., tax records). Waiting-list and marketing emails include the sender address — reply to be removed. Transactional emails (receipts, verification codes) are sent as part of the service.

9. Children

Voxoq is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
